Day with Dad
Today was our daughter's 'Day with Dad' at school. She was so excited about it! Last night, before bed she told Ryan she was going to wake up extra early to be with him. That didn't happen, but when she woke up she couldn't wait to get dressed in her new Valentine's Day shirt and haribows..they were a gift fom mom! We spent the morning at a playgroup having a Valentine's get together..equiped with cookie decorting, Valentine bag decorating, 'Cafe Rio' salads and lots of fun (mom really misses Cafe Rio..these were the closest thing!) then the time came for her to go with daddy. He picked her up and off they went. They made special Valentine's crowns for each other, sang songs and drew special pictures of dad. It was a really fun day

That is soo cute! I think you have some of the cutest kids I've seen. Maybe you guys should have like 6 more or something :)
i think i will cry when gracie and ian do things like that. the daddy/daughter relationship is so special. what a fun day for them.
